Tasks: 

• Drive business development opportunities and compete for strong sales and customer base
• Identify both short and long term business opportunities to develop strategic expansion plan
• Analyze market situation and develop market share statistics & whole product range analysis for automotive products application business
• Provide global product pricing recommendations
• Work closely with the Business Unit and Sales to ensure products being developed meet and surpass customer requirements
• Work with Engineering Team on the development of new products  

Knowledge/experience: 

• Degree holder or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; MBA qualification preferable
• 10 years relevant experience; with a minimum of 5 years experience in Product Marketing (marketing experience in automotive; white goods; electrical appliances products, or components sold to related industries desirable)
• Previous track record in managing projects from the start to completion
• Strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful development direction
• Highly driven to targets and results in order to cope with the company’s fast growing pace
• Strong leadership skills including motivating, influencing and negotiating
• Excellent in spoken English & Mandarin
