Job Purpose:

The Full-time / Part-time Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service to maximize sales and ensures customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain brand image.

* Assist in daily sales activities and stores’ operations.

* Provide courteous, helpful customer service throughout the store.

* Use effective communicate skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

* Co-ordinate efforts with other sales associates to ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout the shop.

Requirements:

* Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

* Proactive and service oriented.

* With 2 years retail working experience will be considered first.

* Immediate available is highly preferred.

*** Full-time: Salary + Commission based with full package.

      Part-time: Hourly rate + Commission based.

*** IF, Part-time Sales Associate need to be able to work 2 days in weekdays (not included Sunday and Saturday) per week.
