Responsibilities:

• Focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care of dedicated Customer Service Representatives. Comfortable taking a ‘hands-on’ approach to all areas of Customer Service;
• Deep understanding of all customer accounts. Implement key account practices which include advising on shipping, liaising with finance, opening and closing orders in a timely manner and follow up with warehousing teams to meet the needs of customers;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts in order to provide the best after-sales support;
• Superior ability to understand and analyze an array of data, draw definable conclusion and turn them into actionable items;
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing satisfaction;
• Ensure all aspects of the organization’s customer service, policies, objectives and initiatives are upheld;
  
• Foster positive relationships with clients;
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• 3 years of experience in B2B and retail sales
• Experience related to furniture, lifestyle products or fashion is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills;
• Sensitive to figures and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Willing to work outside of normal office hours
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
