Responsibilities

• Assist in property sales activities, including sales launch, customer service and related documentation work
• Participate in sales launch
• Conduct market research; perform and update relevant reports
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• DSE/HKCEE or above with relevant experience
• Experience gained from real estate/ retail/ banking industries is an asset
• Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Presentable and possesses good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Hands-on PC skills including Word and Excel is preferred
• Willing to work on roster basis, including weekends and public holidays 
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
