Responsibility

• Handle daily inquiry.
• Prepare quotation.
• Costing management.
• Provide sales support and assistant to the team.
• Communicate with customer & overseas agent for business development.
• Cooperate and well coordinate with external & internal parties for arrangement.
• Support warehouse operation if needed.
• Support any adhoc project assigned by the management.

Requirement

• HKDSE / F.5 or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years customer service experience in freight forwarder or logistics industry.
• Solid experience in transportation, freight management and warehousing.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS office application (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Responsible, good communication skill, self-motivated, hardworking, honest and confident, customer mind, flexible.
• Overtime working is required.
