Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales-related details
• Support sales team in attaining sales targets
• Process inquires by phone, fax and email, etc.
• Issue & follow up quotations & invoices
• Perform any other job-related assignments as required
• Administrative duties

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• Experience or knowledge of chemical or electrical and electronic product is preferred.
• At least 2 years customer service experience in chemical or electronic and electrical product testing laboratory will be a definite advantage
• Proficient in PC knowledge including Word/ Excel & Chinese typing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Details oriented, well-organized and able to work under pressure
