• A well-known Department Store is currently looking for caliber to manage store operation and explore opportunities to recruit potential business partners.
• Major duties and responsibilities including few core focus on Leasing Management, Tenant Mix, Category Management, Event Promotion and Store Operations Management.
• Successful candidate will report to Store Manager and senior management in the group be supported by respective Department Managers.

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of sales operation and business development experience in department store or retail industry, experience with multi product categories, wholesale and or merchandising management desirable.
• Proven managerial skills in OTB, retail administration, inventory management, budgeting and cost control etc.
• An efficient team player with strong business acumen, effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills. Result-oriented, proactive and aggressive.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua
• Be ready to take up challenges in promising attitude.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for other openings as well.
