Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers and build strong relationships across various levels
- Provide solutions to Key Customer’s Accounts according to customers’ need
- Work closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled
- Participate actively in existing / new projects / business developments in all aspects
- Regular review meetings with both internal and external customers
- Maintain solid relationship with all customers
Requirements:
- F. 7 graduate or above
- 5 years’ experience in customer support / key account management in freight forward or logistics
- Customer focused and result oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
