Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Interacts with customers and build strong relationships across various levels
  • Provide solutions to Key Customer’s Accounts according to customers’ need
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled
  • Participate actively in existing / new projects / business developments in all aspects
  • Regular review meetings with both internal and external customers
  • Maintain solid relationship with all customers 

 

 Requirements:

 

  • F. 7 graduate or above
  • 5 years’ experience in customer support / key account management in freight forward or logistics
  • Customer focused and result oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
