Our Client, a Japanese multinational conglomerate which specializes in consumer and professional electronics and gaming, is seeking a Customer Services Officer to support their daily operation.

Duties:

• Operate Helpdesk and messaging service dispatch and support
• Handle customer enquiries for products (mainly for Camera and Television prodcuts)
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor 
• 09:00-18:00/ 10:00-19:00/ 11:00-20:00 (Shift Duty is required)

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Good command of both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with good organization skills
• Fresh grad welcome
