Summary

Responsible for ensuring ongoing positive customer relationships and customer satisfaction with the company by addressing customer inquiries, issues and concerns. Creates and coordinates proactive product specific retention campaigns to minimize the cancellation rate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Executes value assessment programs within specified accounts to maximize the use of SAS solutions that address customer needs.
• Uncovers additional sales opportunities within current customers and directs leads accordingly.
• Addresses customer inquiries with appropriate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction with SAS solutions and services.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Works with customers and internal resources to coordinate contract renewals.
• Introduces new versions of SAS software, services and education opportunities to existing customers.
• Responsible for renewal planning and risk evaluations
• Consults with customers to determine needs for individualized training services; advises customers on appropriate solutions.
• Works with Education team to deliver online and/or offline training services to our customers
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
  
  

Requirement

• Two years plus of experience in sales, or telesales in an industry related environment
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Good communication and team player
