Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound and outbound telemarketing calls
• Promoting medical related products and encouraging customers' buying decisions to meet preset sales targets
• Delivering professional advice on product usage and maintaining good relationship with customers
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers / vendors / forwarders / internal / external parties
• Assistance in inventory control / management
• Manage other ad hoc projects assigned by management 

Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent verbal, problem solving and relationship building skills
• Passionate, positive attitude, mature, patient, outgrowing personality and results driven
• Candidates with sales/customer service experience will be an advantage
• At least 1 year of telemarketing experience in any field
• Intermediate computer skills
• Able to work under pressure and people oriented
