Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Customer Service Assistant, direct the daily operations of the customer service team.
• Adhere to operating guidelines, coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation and meet departmental targets.
• Maintain ERP system sales related reports and data.
• Liaise with China factory and logistic service suppliers.
• Handle and follow up cases escalated by sales team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Customer Services. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer.
• Customer-oriented mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese word processing, with ERP/SAP experience.
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin.
