Responsibilities:

1. Oversees and ensures efficiency of all daily operational procedures
2. Lead and motivate store associates to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
3. Act as the leader on duty and consistently models the brand customer service standards
4. Experience in coaching, training and developing a team to their full potential
5. Prepare the sales figures analysis and sales forecast for management review
6. Manage and monitor the in-store visual merchandising, inventory, assets
7. Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
8. Handle any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

1. Tertiary educated will be an advantage. Those with DSE or F.5 qualification with solid retail operations management experience in retail or relevant industry will also be considered
2. 5 years retail experience in which 2 years in store manager grade
3. Experience in leading the team which more than 30 persons is preferred
4. Strong in leadership, problem-solving and people management
5. Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
6. Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
7. Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
8. Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
9. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
