FocusCore Recruit is an Asia-wide recruitment firm specialising in helping consumer and retail businesses identify talented professionals in record time. We are recruiting a Retail Sales Director for a global retail brand to be based in Hong Kong.

As a Retail Sales Director, you will be responsible for the P&L, overseeing all the retail stores in Hong Kong and APAC regions, most importantly to drive the business. You will work closely with different stakeholders including marketing, merchandising, as well as the financial team to enhance the brand development and most importantly to grow the business across APAC. You will work closely with the HR team to develop staff training to make sure corporate best practices are aligned. 

Apply if you have more than 10 years of retail management experience. Apply if you have a strong sales track record at a regional level. Wholesale experience is a plus.
