• Act as a brand ambassador for TASCHEN
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Create, maintain and grow strong buying relationships with top-tier clients
• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve targets
• Proactively identify new client development opportunities
• Assist in daily store operations, including stock management
• Maintain good housekeeping conditions at store
• Provide support during TASCHEN events and book signings
  
  

Candidate’s profile:

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in an arts or gallery environment
• Energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Willingness to go the extra mile to drive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone and email
• A exible and friendly attitude with a focus on customer service and teamwork
• Interest in art, photography, architecture, design, pop culture, travel and fashion
• English uency required, multiple languages a plus
