Responsibilities:

• Handle phone enquiries, order-taking & follow-up with customers in a timely, polite & proactive manner
• Data entry in an accurate & timely manner, documents filing
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At Least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good telephone manner & communication skills
• Outgoing, positive, can-do attitude

Benefits:

Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM

Sat: 8:30AM-1:00PM or 8:30AM-4:30PM, 5.5-6 working days per week,

Working in Chai Wan.
