Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and consultation with security solution vendors, local and international civil aviation authority and industry stakeholders to identify viable air cargo security screening solutions for HKIA
• Organize introduction, trials, pilots as well as feasibility studies to identify feasibility for adoption and to get stakeholder buy-in
• Work with and facilitate the Government and industry stakeholders on adoption/implementation of various air cargo security solutions, including CT pallet screening, canine screening and various secure transport solutions
• Work with CTOs to provide assistance and strategic alignment for deployment of screening solution and capacity
• Collaborate with solution vendors or equipment manufacturers to gain endorsement from regulators or international organizations for implementation of the new solutions or technology such as tamper-evident secure transport solution, CT scanner and canine pallet screening solution and research and implement consultancy studies to support the formulation and development of inter-modal air cargo handling facility as well as air mail and logistics facilities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation , Supply Chain or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in Aviation related company with solid internal or external stakeholder supervision
• Solid experience in air-cargo business or operations is preferred
• Proven co-ordination and execution capability
• Proactive and well-organized with good planning and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and result-oriented
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
