Job Description

• Support Account Managers by generating, processing and distributing quotations, contracts, proposals, reports and presentations
• Assist Account Managers to manage schedules and develop sales strategies
• Handle invoicing requests and billing inquiries
• Provide best client services through active communication and liaison between clients and internal departments
• Build relationships with new and existing clients   

Requirements

• Have a degree from an Accredited Institution
• Demonstrate a high level of accountability for both your work and the work of your team
• Work fast but thoughtfully, and make suggestions for efficiencies along the way
• Mature, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, analytical and able to synthesize large amount of information
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spread sheets
• Fast and accurate English and Chinese typing
