Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责:

  •  Assist with knowledgeable support to all customer requests across all products and all channels 通過良好的專業知識,提供所有客戶與產品相關的高品質服務。
  • Provide immediate and accurate response to all customer contacts on social media, phone, e-mail and live chat 通過社交網站、電話、郵件及線上聊天方式,準確並即時為客戶解決疑問。
  • Delivering first time resolution to all customer requests up to authority and permission levels 根據權限和權限級別,在第一時間為客戶解決問題。
  • Creating and constantly developing unique positive personal relationships with a High Value Customers 開發並維護VIP客戶的關係。
  • Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all High Value Customers 維護和整理VIP客戶的資料和聯絡紀錄。
  • Ensure that High Value Customer transactions are completed accurately and timeously 確保VIP客戶的存取款項正確並準時完成。
  • Able to confidently promote other products and services where appropriate 積極並主動提供客戶及推廣適合的產品和服務。
  • Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime value of the customer 主動聯繫客戶,並完成客戶的二次開發。

Knowledge, Skill & Experience:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment 較強的抗壓能力,並能適應快節奏的工作環境。
  • Can work on own initiative but also possess a strong teamwork ethic 積極的工作態度和較強的團隊意識。
  • Excellent numeracy skills 良好的數字邏輯概念。
  • Computer literate including e-mail, live chat and SMS communications 熟悉電子郵件、在線聊天、短信的操作技能。
  • Commitment to delivering faultless service 能提供周全的服務
  • Clear communicative skills with excellent telephone manner 良好的溝通技巧及電話禮儀
  • Good all round sporting knowledge particularly in football 良好的體育知識,尤其是足球方面的。
  • Very strong customer and interpersonal skills 有良好的人際關係處理技巧及維護客戶能力。
  • Willing to do the job with shift schedule 能接受三班倒的工作。
