Job Description:

•          Handle client enquiries and follow up with submissions 
•          Coordinate and support between external clients and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events 
•          Manage the relationship with existing clients 
•          Handling invoicing and quotations
•          Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior customer service officer 

Job Requirements:

•          Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Textile Technology or relevant disciplines 
•          At least 1 year experiences. Fresh graduates are also welcome.  
•          Knowledge in invoicing is an advantage.
•          Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
•          Detailed-minded, high accuracy, patient with self-initiative 
•          Immediate availability
