- Handle client enquiries and follow up with submissions
- Coordinate and support between external clients and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events
- Manage the relationship with existing clients
- Handling invoicing and quotations
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior customer service officer
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Textile Technology or relevant disciplines
- At least 1 year experiences. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Knowledge in invoicing is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Detailed-minded, high accuracy, patient with self-initiative
- Immediate availability
