Our client is a luxurious fashion brand founded in Italy. The shops are located at the prestige fashion street and department stores around the world. It is one of the active participants in the runway of fashion week in major cities.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team sales to accomplish the sales target
• Maintain the brand image, store environment, product display and staff management
• Responsible for team management, job allocation, junior staff recruitment, training and performance appraisal
• Formulate the relevant sales strategy in response to market trend 
• Control and optimize the store sales system and operation processes

 

Requirements

• 5 years or above of work experiences in retail sales, at least 3 years of above in supervisory position. (Experience in luxurious fashion brand is preferred.)
• Bachelor's Degree holder or Tertiary Diploma with substantial relevant experience is welcomed
• Strong communication skill. Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred
• Sensitive to the marker trend, capable to analysis the sales data to propose relevant sales strategies to the management
• Proactive, skillful sales technique, willing to take challenges, adaptable to change
