Job Description:

• Analyze sales reports and coordinate shipping plan
• Arrange shipment, delivery, custom clearance
• Handle inquires from local and oversea customers
• Support sales team to arrange sales documents, samples shipment, new customers/products setup procedures
• Data entry
• Daily communication with oversea division

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and a good team player
• Good analytical mind, planning, organization and creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in handling overseas customers is preferable
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and spoken & written English is a must.
