You will create impact via…

• Support and coordinate after-sales services for selected corporate customers
• Be the first post-sales contact point for these selected customers
• Maintain good rapport with customers and improve their customer experience
• Building close relationship to improve customer values
• Knowledge of Mobile products is preferable
• Liaise with internal departments to assure all the above requirements are met 

The follow attributes will be valued…

• Degree /Higher Diploma holders with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work under pressure and resolve problems under tight timeline
• Fast learner with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong in Microsoft Office and fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Servicing Executive
• Immediate available is highly preferred
