Key Responsibilities as Sales:

•  Act as a front line representative Derby
•  Build customer loyalty 
•  Maximize sales and achieve personal sales target
•  Report business and stock level of the business to the general manager on a daily basis
•  Ensure that the store’s appearance and display (sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room) are in accordance with The Derby’s standards and specifications of cleanliness, organization as well as health and safety

Key Responsibilities as Shop Manager:

• Provide feedback to the director on trends, product specifics, needs and resolutions
• Maintain and Increase the brand customer service standards
• Maximize productivity and efficiency in the supply chain and shop front
• Ensure that quality is present in every aspect of the customer experience
• Utilization of social media and email capture.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years relevant retail experience with excellent customer service, preferably in the menswear industry
• At least Form 5-7 or above with good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
