This is a long-established global conglomerate which was found in the 1900s. They have offices in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Their lifestyle division focuses on distributing brands with cosmetics & beauty, wellness, as well as other luxury products. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Channel Development Manager to look after their Hong Kong's channel development for its fragrance products. The candidate will have to selectively and proactively explore different channels and acquire new partners in line with company objectives and interests. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand market dynamics according to industry trends and market data in order to maximize business opportunities
• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with new cosmetics Channel Partners by networking, referrals or other means of generating interests
• Provide all levels of Marketing / Sales support to Channel Partners to capture the business opportunities
• Work closely with mid and senior level partners and management to develop business plans and channel strategies to ensure achievement of company goals

Requirements:

• University Degree with a major in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales Marketing / Key Account Management with a successful track record of channel development
• Candidates who have experience developing channels like department stores (i.e. Lane Crawford and Harvey Nichols) and cosmetic stores (i.e. Sasa and Sephora) would be highly preferable
• Strong business acumen with good presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player
• Fluent English and Mandarin
