JOB PURPOSE

Taking ownership for the administrative day to day for the wholesale and travel retail accounts.  Supporting the Wholesale & Travel Retail team in growing existing business in Asia Pacific.

KEY RESULT AREAS AND RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific duties would include for Chloe and See By Chloe (SBC);

• Support both wholesale and travel retail account servicing
• In-charge of after-sales-services; including distribution of sales-related materials and spare parts management
• Provide training support on after-sales-service
• Handle repair cases
• Provide professional communications with clients and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries.
• Wholesale general customer service

Requirements

• Diploma holder or higher
• 2 to 3 year’s relevant experience in logistics , wholesale / travel retail operations experience in fashion / accessories will be an advantage
• Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel skills- V Look up and Pivot table
• Strong sense of responsibility, with numerical sense and detail oriented
• Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, and Mandarin will be a plus
