To grow its subscription base through partnership effort, our client is seeking for a high calibre acquisition and partnership professional to join the team. 

This is a newly created position for local market, reporting to the function head. With the objective to acquire new membership/subscription of the service, you will be responsible for identifying prospects and business partnership. You will create and implement strategies to maximize deal outcomes by optimizing all aspects of the partnership and go-to-market efforts. Driving successful partnership outcomes, you will need to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring smooth execution in terms of product, marketing and operations from end-to-end. Your performance is measured by the acquisition and retention of new membership/subscription as well as their engagement to the service.  

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in a related discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in acquisition, partnership and/or business development, with proven track record in driving business growth. You are expected to have strong business network with business mind-set of driving metrics-oriented outcomes as well as commercial understanding, margins and costing competencies. Candidates from social/digital media, entertainment, lifestyle and OTT sectors are highly regarded. You are creative, versatile, passionate, driven and confident yet a team player with positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is mandatory.
