The position will work on-site with our customer’s Asia Logistics Team based in Hong Kong, who is responsible for Asia logistics and operations activities with focus on achieving on-going service excellence.

This position will play an important role to oversee logistics service level, proactive carry out process improvement, perform reports and analytics and support new program implementation.  It forms part of the global account management efforts to strengthening the global programs with our customer.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle PO management for shipment to ensure operations and service compliance
• Handle origin operations issues, develop and communicate corrective & preventive actions to ensure service performance level
• Identify opportunities, provide solutions and alternatives to improve flexibility and continuously improve efficiency & effectiveness in logistics operations
• Perform, communicate and manage regular reporting and analysis to ensure effective daily logistics service execution
• Support the tactical and strategic initiatives and project implementation by coordinating activities and providing timely communication and updates
• Participate in business review meetings and provide necessary supports in preparation, discussions and follow up actions

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in transportation and logistics industry
• Strong communication skills, able to deal with people at different levels
• Strong in process management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Ability to adopt & adapt new information technologies
