Job Description: 

• Respond to phone calls, email and Facebook inquiries
• Responsible to deliver a high level of after-sales service to customers
• Manage daily operation and sales in the service center
• Work with internal departments in handling customer cases
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned
  
  

Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
• Roster Work Schedule
• Good communication skill in Cantonese, Mandarin, English
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment
• Strong team player
• Proactive, self-motivated, outgoing and responsible
• On-job training provided
