Responsibilities:

• Deploy effective replenishment on inventory costs, sales forecast, gross profit margin to achieve sales and profit targets
• Control designated brands OTB from given sales targets
• Formulate buying plan in terms of category and size ratio the right merchandise in right store grading
• Analyze merchandise performance to identify bestsellers, potential markdowns products and repeat buying;
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Product & Design and Marketing department to formulate product sales and marketing strategies as well as execute product training for sales staff
• Maximize sales & profitability objectives

Requirements:

• Degree/ diploma holder in fashion, textile and clothing or business discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in fashion buying from other trendy, mass market chain stores is desirable, preferably in senior positions
• Excellent fashion and market sense especially in apparel industry
• Strong knowledge in garment technical
• Good numerical sense and analytical mind
• Initiative, independent with excellent presentation and communication skills
• A mature team player
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
