Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales profits by achieving sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high quality of customer service
• Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
• Manage store’s manpower planning, visual merchandising, inventory and stock replenishment
• Implement sales and marketing promotions
• Work closely with different internal department and pursue effective communication

 Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant management in high-end fashion industry
• Sales driven, target oriented and good analytical skills
• Strong leadership and store operational skills
• Excellent communication and good team player
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Store Supervisor
