Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer account management.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure orders are sent timely and in good condition to customers.
• Handle customer’s enquiries at all levels to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer daily operation and service.
• Provide constant feedback to management by gathering information on the market.
• Responsible for sales administration, inventory management and logistics operations.
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Self-motivated, cheerful, mature and good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. 
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications including word, excel and power point
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Relevant working experiences in F&B, catering or related disciplines is an advantage 
• Work location: Kwai Chung office

5.5 work week
