Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets through promoting CRANE products and services as to retain and build up potential accounts business

• Develop, manage, secure new business and coordinate with overseas offices and agents

• Meets assigned targets for sales KPIs, profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in business development
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with customers as to maintain and develop strong business relationship and identify additional business opportunities
• Work with operations and regional sales team in maintaining service information to customers, improving the service quality and developing customers’ process flow

• Customer visits with occasional travel  

Requirements:  

• 5 years relevant working experience in sales or business development in logistics / freight forwarding industries (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive)

• Strong selling, presentation and communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, aggressive, well-organized and hard working

• Smart, presentable, self-motivated and commitment to teamwork

• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

WORKING CONDITIONS

The office working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are

adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust,

etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office

equipment available
