Responsibilities:

• To provide technical expertise in supporting sales and marketing team to explore and develop business opportunities.
• To provide timely response to technical enquiries and recommend optimal solutions to address customer's issues.
• To design and document solution by providing routine demonstration and training to customer.
• To develop and deliver presentations and proposals for customer.

Requirements:

•  High Diploma in Mechanical and /or Chemical Engineering.
• 3 years or above relevant experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills in both hardware and software applications.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Mature, initiative with strong sense of responsibility.
