Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer inquiries and complaints via calls, emails and social media platforms (including facebook / instagram / weibo / zendesk) regarding per-sales enquiries and after-sales issues;
• Follow up on after-sales service issues include but not limited to delivery process, order cancellation and return order arrangement;
• Handle refund cases via payment gateway such as PayPal, Alipay, Wechat Pay, PPS, Cybersource etc.
• Work with other department in managing order processing cycle in the system;
• Support daily operations and prepare reports for management reference;
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or service related discipline;
• Experience in e-commerce / online store operation / Customer Service is preferred;
• Customer-oriented with effective customer handling and problem solving skills;
• Familiar with CS tools like Zendesk;
• Excellent inter-personal skill with good telephone manner & serving attitude;
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Immediate Available is highly preferred.
