Job Title: Part Time Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
 Customer assistance: listen to the client, introduce the product, being able to condition in the product choice
 Complaint management and post-sale service
 Give information and suggestions to take care of the product
 Sell, assist and gain a loyal client
 Constant database update
 Corporate layout and Visual Merchandising rules to be applied, keeping the high standard of the boutique image
 Share and respect administrative and corporate guidelines
 Stock management: re stock goods on display

Other ad hoc assignments by line manager.

Skills & Experience：

3-5 days a week based on store operations needs.

 Good communication skills, good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
 Excellent relation skills ( empathy, communication, good speech skill, be positive)
 Service oriented (taking care of others’ need, motivation is to satisfy client’s need, patience)
 Inventory management
