• Assist in all-around assistance to the Supply Chain team in daily operation
• Communicate with Logistic and Customer Service and Purchase teams to follow up with the delivery order
• Supervise update order states, closely work with suppliers and other departments
• Prepare all related shipping documents to support customers for customs declaration
• Participate in supply chain optimization projects, e.g. demand forecasting, route planning,shipping schedules, and costs
