Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales, purchase and logistics team in providing full range of standard service including:-
• Handle customer enquiries and orders on phone or through email
• Follow up order status with customers & make sure the goods on delivery accurately
• Monitor & follow up the repairable products return to Supplier and Customer
• Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor provide administrative support

Requirements:

• DSE/HKCEE or above with relevant experience
• 1-2 years working experience in account serving / order follow up.
• Good organizing skills, self-motivated & customer-service attitude
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
