Responsibilities

• Handle customer’s enquiry & maintenance service
• Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer's request efficiently
• Maintain customer records include all inquires, comments, complaints and resolution decisions
• Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirement

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Call Centre / Customer Service field
• Experience with handling enquiry of home appliances, especially air conditioning, is an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua are necessary)
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Excel and MS Word
• Good Problem solving and presentation skill
• Working Location: Yau Tong
