Job Description:

• Develop new customers and sales in Japan TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) market
• Achieve sales targets as set out from supervisor / headquarters
• Organize, host and visit trade shows in Japan
• Conduct market research and compile reports
• Provide customer service support to customers in Japan
• Formulate the sales and marketing strategy for Japan TIC market
• Act as communication bridge between customers in Japan and other overseas offices and labs
• Visit potential and existing customers in Japan, prepare and submit customer visit reports
• Translation of documents (English/Chinese to Japanese and Japanese to English/Chinese)
• Prepare and submit monthly activity reports
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

• University degree in Science, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in Japan TIC industry / market
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English is a must. Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Manager
