Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationship to grow revenue
- Cold call to create market awareness of the business opportunity
- Schedule calls to customers and perform these calls along with the daily activities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through different channels
- To proactively attend relevant events and establish business networks & relationship
- Contract negotiations and leasing agreement completion
- Negotiate customer claims and initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader
Requirements:
- University Degree or above
- Minimum 2 year working experience in retail / office leasing
- Experience in generated enquiry through outbound sales
- Strong planner, time manager and aggressive producer with the ability to set priorities and maintain high quality standards
- Proficient in verbal and written English, Chinese, including Mandarin
- Strong in customer relationship
- Good telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
