Overall Role of the SDR:  Convert incoming leads into qualified prospects

Create target lists of customers and fill your day with prospecting

Leverage email, phone, and social media to connect with, qualify and set appointments with new prospects

Quick to respond to objections with positive, valuable suggestions and counterpoints.

Listen to customers for key pain points and opportunities for net2phone to solve their problem, make their lives easier and make their businesses run more efficiently

Schedule demos on account executive’s calendars

Provide a positive transition experience and seamlessly hand off qualified prospects to the Account Management team.

Log deal related information and activities accurately into our CRM system

This is an in-office position – where all the action is!

Requirements

A recent university graduate or looking for a career change or an experienced sales prospector

A relationship builder who understands customers’ needs, wants and pain points.

Solution oriented and enjoy solving problems who can also be competitive when needed

A great communicator on the phone, in email and in person with any level in an organization

Highly organized, self-starter with strong time management skills.

Willing to learn and develop in a growing company

BA/BS degree or equivalent
