Job Description:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting Boutique Manager with the daily operations of the boutique
- Supporting and implementing retail strategies
- Providing training and coaching of sales team
- Interacting with clients and drive performance through appropriate sales techniques
- Maintaining a high level of brand image
- Cultivating and maintaining excellent clientele relationships

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ retail supervisory experience in contemporary or luxury fashion
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving, service-oriented and reliable
