Job Responsibilities :

• Sales order follow-up, arrange shipment and prepare shipping documents.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team (customer enquires, samples, quotation).
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• DSE / F.7 or above.
• 1-2 years working experience.
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient in English communication.
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese/ Mandarin.
• Relevant experience in export sales coordinator, shipping & customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently; Willing to learn (On-the-Job training will be provided).
• Immediately available is preferred.
