Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Handling of Client’s enquiries; Preparing Sales Quotations and Contracts.

- Following up Sales orders and delivery;

- Providing support to Sales activities;

- Coordinating with other departments on logistic, accounting and sales related tasks.

Requirements:

-  Good Educational Background with good interpersonal skills     

-  Proficient in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.

-  Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

-  Minimum 3 years working experience with mature personality

-  Good negotiating skills and sense of responsibility
