Responsibilities:

• Lead testing programs including test strategy, test plans, requirements traceability, developing test schedules, and resourcing testing teams
• Implement QA activities/process to meet system performance standards and requirements
• Analyze and troubleshoot test script implementation issues
• Responsible for continuing to monitor the performance and quality of the software
• Engage in technical interchange meetings between test team and engineers
• Provide guidance and mentorship in the development of both hard and soft skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• 10+ years of working experience in system integration test
• Strong experience in writing test strategies and plans, executing tests and summarizing results
• Experience in leading a team
