One of our European client is seeking an accounting/administrative officer (part-time or full-time) to assist with accounting/administrative chore.  You will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable/receivables, bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Payment of vendors.
• Coordinate with the customer service team for collection of sales / purchase documents.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience - LCCI / ACCA preferred
• Professional, reliable and punctual approach to work 
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Strong numeracy and IT skills, and  competency in Microsoft office application
