Job Duties:

• Prepare daily cheques for freight costs

• Prepare monthly payments for vendor invoices by cheques and TT

• Ensure timely processing of expenses claims, electricity, rental and telephone bills

• Support daily operation including Octopus report

• Input payments and overhead expenses in Accounting System

• Prepare Bank reconciliation before month end closing

• Matching Accounts Payable against Vendor Statement of Account before month end closing

• Assist in annual audit

• Assist ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• HKCEE, Diploma in Accountancy preferred

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in payment arrangement

• Knowledge in MS Windows such as Word, Excel and computerized accounting system

• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work overtime

• Good communication of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Immediate available is preferred
