Responsibilities

-          Prepare customer contracts and invoices

-          Record sales and cash receipt transactions in the accounting system and relevant schedules

-          Issue statements for outstanding contracts and receivables

-          Assist with month-end closing and other assignments from time to time

Job Requirements

-          F.5 Graduate, Associate Degree Holder or High Diploma Holder in Accounting major or related disciplines

-          At least 1 year solid accounting experience

-          Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Proficiency in Excel and experience with MYOB advantageous

-          Detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
