Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuation of financial instruments, such as options, convertible bonds, and other structured products;
• Perform industry and company research;
• Prepare financial analysis and valuation reports; and
• Report directly to the head / senior members of financial risk management division.

Requirements:

• Degree from Financial Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematical Science, or similar academic discipline;
• Experience in financial derivatives modeling and exotic structured products;
• Practical experience in programming languages like VBA, R, Python, Java, C++;
• Excellent numerical sense, research techniques, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Cooperative team player with the ability to work independently;
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin: both spoken and written are essential; and
• Advanced degree and relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, PRM) will be advantageous.
